To add to the National Autism Awareness Month excitement, the Autism Society is giving away another iPad!

If you are an Autism Society member – whether you’re just joining us or have been with us 50 years – you are eligible to receive an iPad 2 courtesy of The Puzzling Piece! A winner will be chosen at random on April 30.

To put your name in our drawing, all you need to do is fill out this simple entry form. Please limit your entry to one per person.
